Consent to Receive Advertising and Informational Materials

By filling out the registration or initial authorization form, applications (including consultation and implementation requests for the HelloClient program, partnership requests, website development requests), newsletter subscription forms, event registration forms, feedback forms, or other forms on the websites https://helloclient.app/ and https://my.helloclient.app , as well as by using the software products of LLC "Client Solutions", in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 10, 2007 "On Advertising", I provide my free, unambiguous, and informed consent to receive advertising and informational materials from LLC "Client Solutions" (UNP 193782426, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, 3rd Zagorodny Lane, building 4V, room 14, 220036) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) under the following conditions:

1. Mailing purposes:

Informing about new features, updates, and changes in the software products of LLC "Client Solutions"
Providing advertising offers, promotions, and special offers related to the use of the product of LLC "Client Solutions"
Sending educational and analytical materials related to the effective use of the product of LLC "Client Solutions".

All messages are informational in nature and may contain advertising elements.

2. Mailing methods and channels:

The Operator has the right to send advertising and informational materials in the following ways:

Emails to the email address provided during registration.
SMS, push notifications, and other messages to the phone number, if provided.
Messages through built-in services and interfaces of the software products of LLC "Client Solutions"

3. Rights of the personal data subject:

3.1. I confirm that I have the right to withdraw my consent to receive advertising and informational materials at any time. To do this, it is necessary to send a corresponding notification to the email address:

support@helloclient.by

. The request will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days from the moment of its receipt. It is also possible to unsubscribe from the mailing by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link available in each advertising email.

3.2. Withdrawal of consent to receive advertising and informational materials does not limit the ability to use the software products of LLC "Client Solutions". However, this does not apply to cases where certain notifications are mandatory for the provision of services (for example, system messages about technical work or changes in terms of use).

4. Validity period of consent:

The consent comes into force from the moment of its expression and is valid until withdrawal. After withdrawal, the Operator stops sending advertising materials within 5 business days.

5. Processing of personal data:

The Operator processes the following personal data: email, phone, name, provided during registration or use of the software product. Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purposes specified in this agreement, based on the consent of the personal data subject in accordance with Articles 5, 6, and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection" and in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
