2. Description of Service

HelloClient is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for service businesses to manage clients, orders, tasks, and internal workflows.

The Service provides business management functionality only. HelloClient does not process payments on behalf of its users' customers and does not act as a financial intermediary.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Pricing

The Service is offered under subscription plans published on the pricing page: https://helloclient.app/en/pricing .

We may update pricing from time to time. Any changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to interfere with system security;
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service;
• Upload malicious code;
• Use the platform to facilitate illegal financial activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and content, remain the exclusive property of HelloClient. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloClient shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous three months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia.
