1. Introduction

Welcome to HelloClient! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and HelloClient ("we", "us", or "our"), a CRM platform operated by a sole proprietor based in Poland. By registering for or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

HelloClient provides a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform for organizing and managing client data and orders. Currently, access is provided under a free plan, and we may offer paid subscription plans in the future. We will notify users at least 30 days in advance of any such changes.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information, including name, email, phone number, and address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

4. Service Use and Restrictions

You agree to use HelloClient for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or interfere with its functionality;
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful data;
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Fees and Payment

All current services are free of charge. In the future, we may introduce subscription-based services. Payments will be securely processed through our payment gateway. You will be informed in advance of any new fees and must accept the relevant payment terms before being charged.

6. Subscription Terms and Free Trials

We may offer a free trial period for any new subscription plan. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the applicable plan unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your account settings.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HelloClient at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used in HelloClient are our property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HelloClient from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or within the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland.
