HelloClient is a cloud-based SaaS platform for service businesses to manage clients, orders, tasks and internal workflows.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Payments are processed by our payment service provider, PayPro Global Inc. Fees are set out on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All amounts are charged in the currency stated at checkout.
You may not use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or breach our Acceptable Use Policy.
The Service and all related software are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia.
