Consent to Personal Data Processing

By filling out the registration or initial authorization form, submitting a request for consultation and implementation of the HelloClient program, partnership application, subscribing to newsletters, registering for events, or using feedback on the websites https://helloclient.app/ and https://my.helloclient.app , I provide my free, unambiguous, and informed consent to the processing of personal data by "Client Solutions" LLC (UNP 193782426, Legal address: Republic of Belarus, Minsk, 3rd Zagorodny Lane, house 4V, room 14, 220013) in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

1. Personal data processing is based on:

• User consent given during registration;
• Necessity to fulfill obligations under the contract concluded between the user and the Operator;
• Other legal grounds provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Consent is given for the processing of personal data,

specified in Section 2 of the Personal Data Processing Policy , provided by me through the aforementioned forms or during the use of HelloClient family software products.

3. The Operator is entitled to perform the following actions with personal data:

collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, anonymization, provision, deletion, as well as cross-border transfer of personal data, including transfer to the territory of the Russian Federation and the USA, if such data is necessary to ensure the functionality of the HelloClient program, as well as to fulfill contractual obligations. Personal data may be transferred to partners and services, their list is available at https://helloclient.app/documents/partners .

4. Data transfer outside the Republic of Belarus (including to the Russian Federation and the USA) may be carried out taking into account the following conditions:

• I have been informed about the risks associated with the transfer of personal data to countries where the level of personal data protection may differ from the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as about the specifics of data processing and protection conditions in these countries.
• The Operator takes necessary measures to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, and if necessary, in accordance with the legislation of the countries to which the data is transferred.

5. Processing methods:

both using automation tools and without their use, as well as by mixed method.

6. Purposes of personal data processing

are defined in Section 2 of the Personal Data Processing Policy .

7. Consent comes into force from the moment of its expression,

including performing one of the following actions: filling out the registration form, submitting a request for consultation, request for implementation of the HelloClient program, subscribing to newsletters, registering for events, or using feedback on the websites https://helloclient.app/ and https://my.helloclient.app . Consent is valid for the duration of the contract, if one is concluded, or until the purposes of personal data processing specified in the Policy are achieved. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

8. Method of consent withdrawal:

by sending a corresponding application to the Operator's email address

9. In case of consent withdrawal,

the Operator ceases processing within up to 15 days from receipt of the application, except in cases where the Operator is entitled to continue processing personal data if there are grounds established by law (Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z dated May 7, 2021 "On Personal Data Protection", Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 60 dated February 1, 2010 "On Measures to Improve the Use of the National Segment of the Internet", and others). Cessation of personal data processing may make further use of the Operator's goods/services/work impossible.

10. Opting out of marketing messages

does not affect the processing of personal data necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy , which explains my rights and the mechanism for their exercise, as well as the consequences of giving and refusing consent.
