Ticket's deadline

What is "ticket's deadline" and what is the use of "update" column?
The ticket's deadline would help you understand how much time (days/hours/minutes) do you have left before the ticket must be ready.

While creating a ticket you can choose a date and set a deadline for ticket's completion. You can also set up a default deadline. E.G. you always have 2 days to start working on a ticket. You can set up your deadline in Settings → General → Deadline field.

You can track your deadlines in the tickets table. The column will tell haw many days have you got left; if you put the arrow to the value it would show the date by which the ticked should be closed.
As you see there must be something wrong with those tickets as one of them should have been ready more than 40 days ago.
