The ticket's deadline would help you understand how much time (days/hours/minutes) do you have left before the ticket must be ready.
While creating a ticket you can choose a date and set a deadline for ticket's completion. You can also set up a default deadline. E.G. you always have 2 days to start working on a ticket. You can set up your deadline in Settings → General → Deadline field.
You can track your deadlines in the tickets table. The column will tell haw many days have you got left; if you put the arrow to the value it would show the date by which the ticked should be closed.
