Return of the goods

How to issue a refund in HelloClient
To perform the return of the goods sold via the shop you would need:
  1. Go to "Shop" module
  2. Choose the goods you want to perform the return on.
  3. Open the Goods' in the system, press the Return icon and choose the volume of goods to be compensated.
  4. State the reason for returning the goods.
  5. State the payment method.
  6. Refund the goods.
The report on the returns is available in analytics section.
