Closing the ticket without payment

The customer has not paid for the ticket. How do I close it?
In case the client pick up the order without paying it you can hand the order out without payment.
To perform that you would need to:
  1. Open the ticket.
  2. Assign a "Closed unsuccessfully" status.

Filtering by "Closed unsuccessfully"
You must create a personal filter to manage the unsuccessfully closed order. This would help you understand the problem and make a right managerial decision. The problem might be not on the client's but on the supplier or the executor's side.
