"Client Solutions" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") respects every person's right to privacy. To use the services, programs, and products of "Client Solutions" LLC, registration or provision of personal information to the Operator is required. Registration may be necessary to access certain website features or participate in promotional campaigns. These Privacy Terms explain how such information is used. Please carefully read these Privacy Terms.
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing personal data by "Client Solutions" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), as well as measures to ensure the security of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus:
1.2. This Privacy Policy is an additional document to the User Agreement and Public Contract (Offer) of the Operator and defines the procedure for processing the User's personal data. In case of contradictions between the provisions of this Privacy Policy on the one hand and the terms of the User Agreement or the Public Contract (Offer) on the other hand, the terms of the User Agreement and the Public Contract (Offer) shall prevail. In case of contradictions between the User Agreement and the Public Contract, the provisions of the Public Contract (Offer) shall apply, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
1.3. Use of the Operator's Products (including registration, account creation, provision of contact information for feedback, etc.) means the User's unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms of personal data processing, they should not use the Operator's Products.
1.4. The Operator undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, deletion, and other unlawful actions.
2.1. Personal data means any information that directly or indirectly allows identification of an individual. Within the scope of this Policy, personal data includes the following categories:

The Operator may entrust the processing of personal data to authorized persons (hereinafter referred to as "AP"), with whom appropriate agreements have been concluded ensuring the protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. 4.3. In case of transfer of personal data to authorized persons registered in the Russian Federation, the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", as well as in accordance with the personal data protection agreement signed with these persons. The transfer of personal data to the Russian Federation is carried out within the framework of cross-border data transfer and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, taking into account the requirements for protecting the rights of personal data subjects.

6.1. The Operator takes the following measures to protect personal data:
Organizational measures: Differentiation of access rights to personal data (Principle of Least Privilege); System for registration and accounting of actions with personal data; Ensuring integrity of personal data; Regular security analysis of information; Control over physical access to material carriers of personal data; Availability of local regulatory acts on personal data protection; Determination of responsible persons for processing and organization of work with personal data; Internal control over implementation of measures to ensure security of personal data.
Technical measures: All connections to the Portal are made using an SSL certificate and TLS 1.3 encryption protocol; Two-step authorization is used (password and one-time code); Automatic and semi-automatic response to emergency situations is enabled; A Proactive filter (WAF - Web Application Firewall) is used, which protects against most known attacks on web applications; Regular security audits of code and infrastructure, both by the internal security department and with the involvement of independent companies; Access to all infrastructure is restricted using a network firewall; Constant monitoring of activity is carried out; Timely updating of system software is performed in case of vulnerability detection and release of updates fixing them; Password rotation is performed every 90 days; Antivirus software. Monitoring of the personal data protection system and timely elimination of identified vulnerabilities.
6.2. The Operator is responsible for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of personal data protection.
6.3. In case of personal data leakage, "Client Solutions" LLC undertakes to report the fact of personal data leakage to the authorized authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of each country within 24 hours.
7.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy unilaterally. The new version of the Policy is posted on the Operator's website at: https://helloclient.app/documents/privacy-policy-for-personal-information .
7.2. The User is obliged to regularly check the current version of the Policy.
