1.1. These Terms of Use for the "Company Website" feature (hereinafter — Terms ) govern the procedure for providing and using the company website publishing feature as part of the HelloClient software products.
1.2. The "Company Website" feature is provided by LLC "Client Solutions" , UNP 193782426, registered by the Minsk City Executive Committee on 13.08.2024, legal address: Republic of Belarus, Minsk, 3rd Zagorodny Lane, building 4V, room 14, 220036,
1.3. These Terms are an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement , User Agreement and other documents governing the use of HelloClient software products published in open access on the website https://helloclient.app/ . In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the aforementioned documents shall apply.
1.4. Using the "Company Website" feature, including filling in data, connecting a domain, publishing the website and using tools related to the feature, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Offer and the User Agreement.
1.5. The "Company Website" feature is intended for HelloClient users who use the Company's software products in connection with entrepreneurial or other economic activities.
2.1. "Company Website" feature — a functional capability of HelloClient software products that allows the user to create and publish a company website based on a template structure by filling in the provided fields.
2.2. User — a HelloClient customer who has been granted the right to use the Company's software products and who uses the "Company Website" feature.
2.3. Website — the User's company website published using the "Company Website" feature on a domain connected by the User.
2.4. Content — any information, materials and design elements placed by the User on the Website, including but not limited to: company name, description, addresses, phone numbers, business hours, logo, links to social networks and messengers, links to maps, location data, rating information, service price list, service names, descriptions, cost and completion timeframes.
2.5. Order Status Widget — a functional interface accessible from the Website through which a visitor can enter a phone number and obtain order information within the limits set by the User.
2.6. Website Visitor — any individual using the Website and/or the Order Status Widget.
2.7. Personal Data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, within the meaning established by applicable law.
2.8. Personal Data Controller — the User, who determines the purposes and scope of personal data processing of visitors.
2.9. Authorized Person — LLC "Client Solutions", which processes personal data on behalf of the User.
3.1. The User creates the Website by filling in the provided fields in the HelloClient interface. The Website structure is template-based.
3.2. Publication of the Website is possible after the User fills in the necessary data and accepts these Terms.
3.3. The Website may be published:
3.4. When using their own domain, the User independently ensures the legality of its use, configuration, and maintenance.
3.5. The User independently:
3.6. It is prohibited to use the Feature to publish false, illegal information, violate the rights of third parties, or violate data protection legislation.
3.7. Upon termination of access to the service, the Website becomes unavailable, but the Content is preserved in an archive for the periods established by the Personal Data Processing Policy.
4.1. The Widget allows the Visitor to enter a phone number to obtain information about an order to the extent configured by the User.
4.2. The User, as the Personal Data Controller, is obliged to:

4.4. In the event of a personal data incident, HelloClient shall notify the User and the competent authorities of the Republic of Belarus / Russian Federation within 24 hours, if required by applicable law.
4.5. The Website may use cookies in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy .
4.6. Requests from personal data subjects shall be directed to:
5.1. HelloClient is entitled at any time to modify the functionality of the Feature, introduce security restrictions, or suspend access in the event of:
5.2. Notifications shall be sent through the channels specified in the User Agreement .
6.1. The Feature is provided "as is". HelloClient does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Feature will meet the User's expectations.
6.2. HelloClient shall not be liable for:
6.3. HelloClient's liability for breach of the Data Processing Instruction is limited to actual damages, but not exceeding the cost of a one-month license.
7.1. Rights to the software products, interface and design of the Feature belong to HelloClient.
7.2. The User retains all rights to their Content and grants HelloClient a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of operating the service.
8.1. A new version of these Terms takes effect upon its publication on the HelloClient website, unless a different effective date is specified.
8.2. Any disputes that may arise between the Authorized Person and the User shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be considered at the location of the Authorized Person.
8.3. These Terms shall be applied together with the Public Offer Agreement , User Agreement , Personal Data Processing Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) .
8.4. Governing law: the legislation of the Republic of Belarus; in respect of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation — also Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
